A Closer Look

First off, I want to wish you well and I hope you survived Friday the 13th!

Today was a beautiful Saturday: perfect for a drive up the canyon. I went up Big Cottonwood Canyon to check out the snow levels, scout out locations, and to enjoy my car ;) As usual, the immense cliffs dotted with fir trees was overwhelmingly beautiful. Instead of focusing on this familiar aspect, I decided to look at it from a different perspective. Here are a few shots of some close ups. It's amazing to me how breathtaking this world can be from any view, no matter how wide or narrow your perspective.

Do you know how long it's been since I just took pictures in nature and wasn't working? Once in awhile I'll be at a location shooting someone and I'll take a test shot and I'm like wow, that's pretty, then I'm back to work! I'm so inspired to just go out and look at the world around me! Awesome Stacy!
