Nicole and Rich Bridals

Last night, I learned how hard-core Nicole really is! We took Nicole and Rich's bridals & groomals up in Peoa, UT. Every time I have driven up in that area, I have always thought how awesome it would be do to a photo shoot by the old red barn...and I finally got my chance!

Even though the temperatures were below 20 degrees, these guys didn't complain at all. By the end, they couldn't move their mouths, their whole bodies were stiff, and their fingers felt like they could fall off. I am so glad we went up there, despite the freezing weather because these turned out amazing. Which ones are your favorites?

Nicole and Rich Engagements

Saturday was a beautiful, snowy, crisp December day -- perfect for Nicole and Rich's engagement session. I was really excited about this shoot because Nicole and Rich had already taken their announcement picture with a friend who is striving to become a photographer, which meant we could just have fun!

We decided to go downtown and explore new places that I'd never photographed. It's amazing how many places there are within a short walking distance. These two are such a blast to be with. They have amazing chemistry together and they both have fun, easy-going personalities. I am excited for their bridal session this week and their wedding on January 3rd.

Alisi, Teisa, and Hannah

I had a wonderful time photographing Alisi, Teisa, and Hannah yesterday for the holidays. Susan, their grandma, had beautiful decorations and fun ideas for the girls.

We started by taking pictures of little Alisi, who is almost 9 months old now. Surrounded by presents and ribbon, she went to town making a mess doing the things that are usually "off limits". Then we photographed all three beauties in gorgeous silk green dresses having a tea party. Since the dishes were real, the moms had to be quick to make sure that none of them broke.

Then it was time for all the girls to open presents by the Christmas tree. It brought me back to the days when I was a child, eager and excited to open presents on Christmas morning. I love Christmastime!
