For: Harold

Saturday evening was warm and pleasant: a perfect night for a party. Harold (you may remember him from photos at Marilyn's Retirement Celebration) decided it was his turn to retire from the University of Utah Orthopaedics. His fabulous wife planned a sweet, small gathering of close friends to celebrate. She gave him a beautiful painting of the Salt Lake Valley, which is almost the exact same view of the Valley I took from the backyard (at the bottom of the post) but it's stunning.
